Dr. Meera Bhanu is a DHA-licensed Ayurvedic physician with over ten years of clinical experience in India and the UAE. She graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Government Ayurvedic College, Thiruvananthapuram – one of Kerala’s oldest Ayurvedic institutions – and has since practised as an Ayurveda consultant in leading Ayurvedic hospitals.

4. Follow-Up & Review
Progress is reassessed at agreed intervals and the plan adjusted. Most therapeutic courses run 7 to 21 days depending on the condition.
